30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product should include its original packaging and accessories.
• The product must not have been damaged through misuse, accidents or improper use.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless the product is faulty or your statutory consumer rights require otherwise.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at infosinusits@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs or a short video showing the issue so we can investigate it and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
